The phrase ''A picture paints a thousand words'' coined in 1921 Frederick R. Barnard was probably meant to describe this photo. Compare the photo above to the photo below.
Observe the body language between the two photos. Look at the way the cops treat Cedric Lee compared to the two young criminals. If you put words into the mouth of the man on Cedric's right, you can almost hear him say "Boss Cedric pasenya na sir...".
Of course I am just making that up, but the subservient appearance of the people around Cedric does not paint a good picture. Above all, the photo gives the impression of the big difference in the treatment of the rich/powerful versus the poor.
