Duterte campaign manager Leoncio Evasco Jr. reveals that a very big budget was set aside to destroy the reputation of Mayor Duterte.

The same budget will also be used to fund the assassination of Mayor Duterte. Evasco tried to persuade Duterte to cancel the May 7 event. Watch the video know Duterte's decision.
