7 Embarrassing Trillanes mistakes that made him lose credibility & will make Duterte win. SHARE

Maybe in his haste Trillanes did not bother to double check his information which makes you wonder whether he was really setup or simply did sloppy work.

His blunders are a big embarrassment and whoever helped him compile or provide this information is in big trouble with him.

Mistake Number 1
Claiming that the property of a Pediatric Dentist Dr. Gian Paolo Duterte based in Cagayan de Oro belongs to Mayor Duterte.

Read the contest of his letter.
Mistake Number 2
Take a look at the transactions below.

Ask yourself, why would anyone make two deposit slips for two identical transactions up to the last centavo?

Example, look at the transaction on Nov. 4, 2011. There are two transactions of Php9,729,133.42 each. Study the other transactions, they are identical.

Why is this weird?

The only reason to make two deposit slips is to identify the source of the money.

For example, if you had two stores; each store would have one deposit slip each so it will be easier to identify the source of the money.  However, it is impossible for two or more stores to have exactly the same sales for three successive days.  Of course we can argue that it is not a store, but just the same it is weird.

Mistake Number 3
A total Php110,263,494.64 was allegedly deposited to bank account number 2433069539 on November 20, 2011, but that day is a Sunday.  How do you deposit money on a Sunday?

Mistake Number 4
Bad excuse -- Trillanes can justify that the deposits were made through an ATM; but ATM deposits would mean multiple transactions because an envelope cannot fit Php41,721,035.62 and above all, that amount cannot be accommodated into the ATMs 'mouth'.

Mistake Number 5
Bad excuse -- The Php110,263,494.64 could have been sent through 'money transfer'. They can't do that either because you can only transfer limited amounts through online money transfer options.

Mistake Number 6
Trillanes did not know that a waiver & a Special Power of Attorney is the same thing, so when he said that Duterte did not issue a waiver; he looked really stupid. (Watch the video below)

Mistake Number 7
Trillanes made a statement without reading the waiver brought by Duterte's lawyer and as a result, Duterte's lawyer embarrassed him on national television and made Trillanes look like a fraud. (Watch the video below)

  1. On Mistake number 2

The title itself is dubious. "Interaccount Transfers Within the Same Bank" It means funds were transferred electronically from different bank accounts and all those accounts were maintained at Julia Vargas Branch. Really? If the title were "Interbank Transfers", that will sound more credible. So these sources of funds can electronically transfer millions in one day?

  2. Trillanes is barking on the wrong tree! Clearly Mayor Duterte doesn't have that kind of money. He doesn't have anything to hide. So this week ends on a positive note, positive free airtime for Mayor Duterte. Now, Trillanes on the other hand will face a lot of court cases after the election. If Duterte wins he is in for a huge trouble.

  3. What he just did is to put himself to shame! And let the good mayor leads more. He will surely face his karma after the election.

    6. Im a bpi account holder, i do transact electronically on weekends, the maximun transaction is p 50,000 only, thats on a daily basis with reset time of 24hrs. Depositing millions takes time, usually 5 to 7 banking days via interbank or bank to bank

  11. Pyros ang bobo mo. My limit ang online bank transfer na pwede kahit sunday. Fraud my ass!

  12. Pyros, people here are not ignorant... I am an accountant here in KSA and i am incharge on the payment transactions to our suppliers and clients... Yes, we can do transfer money anyday, anytime but theres a limit on the money transfer transaction... Here in KSA they just limit momey transfer transaction worth SAR 100,000 which is equivalent to 1.5 million pesos... Imagine here a rich country just have a limit of 1.5 million pesos of transaction per day? How much more there in the Philippines, maybe the limit in Philippines is just 500,000 pesos or even less... So your the one who should think and research... Don't act like your so intelligent because it seems that you still need too much things to know...

    1. And if their would be such big transactions within a day, the bank would raise an alarm. Thanks Jhun Fuentes

      Delete
    2. Korek! And if it will be by money transfer they will need proofs or bank withdrawal slip and a form to be filled to what purpose it is, hence, if nothing is provided then no transaction will occur. If the bank did receive such amount they will check the source and will get the attention of the receiver itself.

    3. Ang BPI at super higpit Sa bank transaction that's why I choose to open my account there ever since. That moment Trillianes exposed about BPI... I know already it's just stupid thing he did... Just remember.. BANK SECRECY LAW.

Your dirty strategy may have revealed digong's wealth, but the outcome of this is the liars' downfall.

  16. I think pwede naman mag deposit online on a Sunday like I always do, pero they will transact it the next business day.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Even if you transact the online deposit/withdrawal after office hours on Friday and the whole day Saturday, the banks will accept and date the said transactions the following Monday, never on a non-working day. They will inform the depositor accordingly. So a certain Cyros Chavez is a fool, trying to fool the readers.

  18. I think this is a very big opportunity for us people of the Republic of the Philippines to let all candidates to do what Mayor Duterte did! If he was able to accept the challenge to open his bank accounts, why not ask them to do the same? Do what Mayor Digong did. And let's see who's who and who's telling the truth. Kung naging phenomenon yung ice bucket challenge dati, why not open account challenge for the candidates? Every year they file SLN, but does it reflect their true wealth?

    1. The usual trapos, Mar, Grace and Jojo will reply a big NO in your suggestion. They will attack and criticize Mr. Duterte but asking them to do what he did will happen when the crow turns white.

  19. About 3 days ago, Mr. Duterte challenged those who criticized and attacked him, namely Roxas, Llamanzares and Binay, that all of them open their accounts, all accounts for the past 20 years as suggested by Trillanes. Surely, the 3 heard the challenge but did anyone of the readers hear them make any comment about the same subject? No, what we hear until now is silence and the 3 ignoring the challenge but continue attacking Duterte for the same subject. No end to the hypocrisy of these 3 trapo candidates.

  22. How did they know the account number of Mayor Duterte? Is it possible that a BPI personnel gave it to them?

  23. Ako naka pag transact ako ng 1million in one day. It is therefore pwede kang mag deposit in one bigtime money. The only thing lang na masyado ang malaking pera na ipapasok mo eh hinde ko alam kung ano ang proseso nyan.

  26. Hmmm I thought BPI can only provide 3 months previous history of your bank statements.. this was 2011? sayang naman si Trillianes , its either he is dumb or being force to do this thing for a grave reason... he is usually the meticulous person and this is something weird that he got into..too shallow and too fishy...
