Miriam has the second lowest numbers in this election; Binay is doing just a bit better. However, no matter how you look at it; Neither Binay nor Miriam will ever win.
Troubling if not funny, was Binay's announcement that he prepared a victory speech despite his low ratings. Perhaps he should have avoided making that announcement because he just presented himself as a target of Facebook memes.
If we look at Binay and Miriam's behavior during the 3rd debate; some people found their action and matter of speaking was a bit odd. Was the pressure too much for them?
At this point, there is no logical reason why they should not concede defeat unless both of them still think they can win. If they think they still have a chance, their actions might be construed that they are out of touch with reality.
The other possibility though is that Binay and Santiago are just taking their sweet time, after all what is the rush in conceding. However, if I was them; I would surrender right now rather than make people speculate that there is something wrong with my head.
