WARNING! Mayor Duterte may still be disqualified from becoming president before proclamation. ~SHARE~

Is this scenario possible or impossible?

Even if Mayor Duterte is proclaimed President of the Philippines in June; the COMELEC may still remove him from office if the "disqualification case" against him is not settled. 

Duterte's enemies can plot against him by making the President unpopular thus making it difficult for him to implement the changes he wants for the country. 

The oligarch who controlled media will then fan the winds of discontent and once the people are unhappy they can revive the disqualification case so Duterte will be ousted.

When that moment arrives, the ruling elite who have been humiliated in a resounding defeat during the 2016 national elections will not rest until they control the economy and get back into power.
