Duterte watchers and supporters are being harassed while protecting the VCM machine. The soldiers wants to transfer the VCM machine to the SavOffice, which is the house of the mother's incumbent Mayor. It is said that the Mayor's mother will run as a Mayor in Madalum. The Duterte watchers/ supporters said there is no official order nor directive from the Provincial Comelec to transfer the VCM machine.

Para pwersahin ang VCM na un sa Bahay nila.
