The some Yellowtards were quick to take advantage of a tragic story and accused Duterte for the death of Lawyer Rogelio Bato.
On August 23, 2106, the Philippines Defense Forces Forum posted on Facebook the tragic news of the killing of Atty. Rogelio Bato who is the lawyer of Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa and his son Kerwin.
The lawyer was shot and killed along with a 15-year-old girl in Tacloban City on August 23, 2016.
Mayor Espinosa surrendered to the PNP a few days ago but was allowed to resume his duties as mayor. However, his son Kerwin Espinosa who is allegedly the top drug distributor in Region VIII is said said to have left the country along with alleged top Chinese triad drug lord Peter Lim.
According to Philippines Defense Forces Forum, Kerwin Espinosa sources his drugs from Peter Lim.
No one knows who ordered the killing and what the motive is, all we know is that some Yellowtards will do anything to discredit the Duterte administration even if it means disrespecting the dead.
