This video shows what happened to Mexico because the drug lords became too powerful. If the human rights groups who were used by the drug lords were not in the way, then this would not have happened to Mexico.
This scenario could happen to the Philippines because of these human rights groups who protect criminals. And as Justice Sec. Aguirre said some of human rights groups and media are in the payroll of the drug lords.
