Look at his face, doesn't he look tired too?
Men and women have equal rights and if you are talking about physical endurance, women can walk around the mall all day while men drag their feet in exhaustion

Sana lang for some guys na walang balak magpaupo ng mga babae, iwasan lang po sana na tignan pa yung babae eye to eye tapos ngingiti pa. Yung iba kasi may kasama pa tapos magbubulungan at magtatawanan pa. Nakakainsulto kasi talaga yun.
ReplyDeleteThe quick and only answer is NO. She has no right...she has no right to demand that a seat be given to her because DEMANDED it (even if silently). She likes respect? She better earn it. No amount of FB ranting can alter the fact that kindness is A TWO-WAY STREET. Has she shown such virtue to others? Has she given up her seat to a pregnant woman, or, to an old man with a cane? Here's the reminder for her (and for all of us): " But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law." Gal 5:22-23.
ReplyDeleteI'm a 56-year-old mom of 2 girls. I ride the MRT and LRT sometimes and I know how difficult it can be especially during rush hours. Nevertheless, when I do, I DO NOT expect guys to give me their seats because I'm female and older. If a guy does that, I show my gratitude by thanking him and offering to hold onto his things if ever he's carrying any. I think if a female is young, healthy, and able to ride the MRT/LRT then, standing all the way is NOT a problem. NEVER EXPECT ANYTHING from strangers--just be gratefully surprised if they do a good deed--so you won't become disappointed, frustrated, and mean.
